Unity B4 Heresy Blog Round-up and Hobby progress

The team come together to show off their hobby progress in their wild unfettered forms..

GG shelves the heavy armour in favour of some light skirmish troops...

Tylar digs for victory with some subterranean  transports...

And King Fluff furiously closes a breach in the space/time continuum in preparation only for it to be shattered once more at his event Cataclysm of Iron II, kicking off this weekend.

NPC's ready for the weekends schnanighans

So to kick off, King Fluff who this week has mostly been, melting...

KF: Never does the phrase ‘The Heresy Train Hath No Breaks’ apply more pertinently when there’s a looming deadline and the ball of plasma death in the sky is screeching your name.

Battling through though, he has been getting on with more prep for Cataclysm of Iron II, being held this weekend.

Event T-Shirts

One of the Objective buildings ready for some techno development

So stay tuned for some highlights from the event both here and on King Fluff’s Facebook page. After the event he is off to even hotter climbs on a ‘holiday’, which means he will be able to devote some time to the Imperialis Armada rules, amending drafts of his Great Crusade books and starting the draft for book 3: Compliance.

Tylars next with some aptly named... 'Death From Below!'

This week Tylar has managed to get some work complete on two of his three termites.

With two close to complete builds he's primed and base coated these ready to unleash his latest airbrush purchase from the Badger Airbrush 55 promotion.

These Termites will be the delivery option for an aggressive Imperial Fist army.

Lastly GG and some good progress on his Sagyar Mazan White Scars force.
First up the Flacons Claws are all built and base coated.

GG: Above is my yet to be named Legion Champion who will lead the Luna Wolves assault marines in my White Scar Sagyar Mazan shattered legion force.  Armed with a master crafted paragon blade and combat shield.  I'm hoping this guy will give me the edge in any combat him and his lads get involved in

Next up the assault marines themselves...

These guys are awaiting some decals and then will need chipping and weathering.  There's no way their armour would be this pristine after extreme endurance long range recon missions...

The unit has a Sergeant with Powerfist and other two legionaries with power swords.  Woe betide any power armoured unit these guys come across!
Next up are my Falcons claws...

Over a base coat of the new contrast primer; Grey Seer I painted the lower body and arms with Bascillica Grey and the armour plates and helmets Apothecary White.

The plan is to paint these guys in the crusade era white/grey camo scheme of the Scare pre-Khan when they were known as the Star Hunters and operated as pioneering long range reconnaissance units.

Armed with a mixture of lightning claws and Chorgorian power machette's (power axes) these guys will be wanting to get behind enemy lines and ruin some backfield units day....

Next week I hope to have these guys done, watch this space....
