Unity B4 Heresy Blog Round-up

Evening everyone.  Tylar here.  Not our usual roundup day but the blog members were all busy this weekend right up until the ready line.  We have some interesting things coming to the blog in the next few weeks. We have another AT Tile review from me Col. Hertford has been a busy bee with his Tiny Titans and his 28mm Titans.  King Fluff has been a hobby machine as he finished terrain modelling projects to get everything ready for Cataclysm of Iron (CoI) over the weekend.

We'll also have another guest post from JohnGG, this time from the players perspective
of CoI which he's keen to put together for you all.  So onto the round-up.

This week Col.Hertford played a game of AT against a friend using a strengthened Corsair Maniple.  Two Reavers were tooled up for close combat.  The results where suitably brutal and resulted in a clear win.  The Legio Mortis Engines Will March again.

Currently he's trying to get his Mortis engines to a gaming standard. Then, when the transfers are Re-released, he will up the paint jobs a bit.

I love these, Col. Hertford has done a fantastic job of getting them built and painted putting 'this' blog member to shame lol ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป  Fantastic minis.

This week King Fluff was putting the finishing touches to his event Cataclysm of Iron I. He put together the player swag tins, mounted the paths of moment and collected the complimentary event exclusive t-shirts. The event saw 26 players, from all points of the compass, come together in the midlands to prove once again that Heresy is far from dead. The event was really well received and King Fluff managed to function an entire 12 hour event day in only an hours sleep - but now its time for a little recreational stasis to recharge the batteries.

Now if you missed out on Cataclysm of Iron I then don't miss out on the next one.  Tickets are available now and the tickets for Cataclysm of Iron III are up for early-bird if you want a cheaper alternative to a great weekend's gaming.

This week I've been switching between work and hobby with very little of the latter unfortunately.  I did however receive my shiny new Adeptus Titanicus Tile.
*It's probably the mould release * ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'll be following up tomorrow with a Un-boxing as I did with the DELTA tile to show you some closer images and go through some of the detail.  In the previous post people wondered what the tile was like for 'adding' scenery so I'll be including some shots for those interesting in tailoring you're gaming scenery to add to your tiles.

Here's the obvious to whet your appetite.
