Unity B4 Heresy Blog Round-up - Weekender 2019
Wow what a weekender guys! It's been full of hobby highs and lows and I'm going to give you a general synopsis of what attending this year's event was like for myself and fellow UB4H blog member King Fluff. There were Angels both Bloody and Dark, Scars, Daemons, Titans, Knights and more!
* Gripe Warning*
In the usual style the event was accessible from Friday evening where the sales area was open early for those that travelled to the event. If this was something you weren't aware of I share that from previous years. This year however I decided that if there was hobby goodies to be had I didn't want to potentially miss out as they have on occasion failed to conduct due diligence and people attending have bought more than what would be considered their 'Fair Share' prior to the actual event.
This year whilst on the initial surface looked to be better...it wasn't. People were still able to skirt the 'One Mini' only rule and used various ways and means to do it. What was worse was I actually watched Black Library staff sell 20+ copies of the Primarch's Anthology to a couple and even provided them with a box to take them back to their room. 😕. Buying six copies of a model you have no intention of ever painting or fielding is off. Collect one yes, sell one fine. Anything else you're stopping someone else having just as much of a chance at enjoying their hobby weekend as you have the right to.
I enjoy the event usually and all of us here at the blog like what Forgeworld and Black Library do. But I think they really need to address this issue and really take positive steps to stop this happening.
Any way now I've got that off my chest back to it!!
There were some amazing models there this weekend and we got a fantastic insight in whats to come across the Heresy and Adeptus Titanicus both from a rules and miniatures point of view and a fluff point of view. What this post won't be is a massive photo dump. It's out there all over the community and to be fair there are some much better pictures out there than I or King fluff got to take. However what follows is a quick run down of all that is cool going forwards.

So there you have it folks lots of fantastic things on the way and some just drop dead amazing models. If you'd like to know more or have any questions please feel free to comment below and we'll attempt to field them as best we can or signpost you to the right place.
It was great to see old faces and new this year looking forwards to a great 2019 in the hobby.
